Setting the Foundation 

Before the hackathon, we work with you to pinpoint key business challenges and AI opportunities, customizing the event to your needs. We select participants with the right skills and expertise for optimal collaboration and innovation, and we assess all necessary data and technical resources to ensure successful AI prototyping. 

Problem Statement 

With key business challenges already mapped during the pre-hackathon phase, we will refine the problem statement and set a clear direction for AI-driven solutions. We analyze the identified challenges, break them down into actionable components, and align on the most impactful opportunities for innovation. 

Business Process 

With a clear problem statement in place, we analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements. We break down business processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and explore where AI can add the most value. By mapping out these processes, you gain a structured approach to design AI solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing operations. 

Prototyping & Validation 

We build a basic AI-powered forecasting model using historical data and business insights to generate a proof of concept.
