The same conditions have brought increasing complexity in clients procurements as well as fierce competition in winning them.

Therefore, we seek to enhance our position with a Bid Manager possessing in-depth experience in management of bidding processes in the public sector. As a Bid Manager, you get a fundamental role in Kruso's organisation, working closely with the corporation's management in the epicentre of Kruso's public business development.

The position can be fulfilled in either Copenhagen or Aarhus.

Areas of responsibility

As a Bid Manager, you will work in close collaboration with your colleagues, specialists within their field. They have what it takes to analyse the procurements from all possible angles and collectively bring forth the winning offers under your management.

You will be responsible for the bidding process from A to Z and act as a project manager for the bidding team's joint effort and the activities on the procurement itself. It is essential that you enjoy working with different people, as we will compose the best team specifically for every offer.

Your areas of responsibility will be:

  • Management of complex bidding processes within the public sector

  • Monitoring the market and planning our bidding activities forward in time

  • Reading and understanding the bidding material and composing the team for the assignment in consultation with the sales-management of Kruso

  • Preparing the strategy for the winning tender response together with the bidding team

  • Securing, that the response is prepared according to your plan and the high criteria for quality and connection

  • Being responsible for presentations at negotiation meetings as well as presentation of the overall offer

  • Stakeholder management, both internally and for the client

About you

You are ambitious, energetic and work on projects in collaboration with others with thoughtfulness and impact. You know how to take ownership of your decisions so your colleagues can work in a safe and structured environment!

  • You have documented experience (+5 years) from the IT business with good results – read: You have won public proposals!

  • You are a distinct structured person with an eye for detail.

  • You speak and write Danish on a high level (read: mother-tongue or likewise). It is definitely a plus if you speak an extra language, for example German.

  • You possess an overall understanding of information-technology and are comfortable with familiarizing yourself with new, and often complex, issues.

  • You naturally and proactively follow up on the bidding team’s deadlines and deliverances and are not afraid to make demands of your colleagues and partners.
