We are looking for a self-driven and proactive Office Manager who makes things happen. 15-20 hours a week with a daily meeting obligation. The job can be divided between 2 people.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the office's many administrative activities and ensuring the framework for a good and efficient working environment. You need to be independent, think structurally, and be proactive in your approach to things. At Kruso, we have an informal work environment with lots of activity, and it's important that you thrive in a busy environment where people help each other.
Arrangement of lunch (delivered from outside)
Shopping snacks
Arrangement of weekly breakfast
Ensuring the coffee machine is always working
Watering our many plants
Organizing cool Friday bars, theme parties, etc.
Ordering flowers for new employees
Sending and receiving packages
Answering the phone
Ad-hoc tasks
