Digital flagship store with a shooting experience for the community.
GAIM offers sport shooters and hunters an additional way to become better at shooting through a VR environment. Created by hunters for hunters, GAIM provides a cost-effective, time-efficient, and accessible product that builds muscle memory, making users "ready for reality."
Together, we primed for future digital growth, capturing the cutting-edge thrill of VR shooting for a customer base forged in tradition.
GAIM needed a new digital flagship store to secure future growth across North America and Europe.
With a modern expression, we extend the shooting experience to a community of sport shooters, hunters, law enforcement, and military personnel.
A user experience that guides the user through the entire purchase funnel and keeps the customer engaged after checkout.
A customer journey based on segments that fit existing and upcoming products.
A commerce-friendly navigation system that supports a broader product catalog.
To succeed, we needed to simplify the process of finding the right product and remove as much friction as possible. At the same time, the site must appeal to the North American audience without losing the European market.
With a brand refresh and a modern design language that is clean, has a limited color palette, is eye-catching, and offers an immersive product experience, we created a successful digital flagship store.
The platform features a unique product display based on segments and user needs, telling the story of what it is, how it works, who it's for, and why you should buy it, and where to try it.
With Black Week just around the corner, we needed a quick time-to-market. To make sure the platform was in shape for the best-selling period, first task was to set up the connection between the exisiting Ucommerce platform and the new Storyblok CMS. This was followed by a heavy frontend work process, implementing the new design and user experience.
The project started just two months before the deadline, but we managed to be on time and hit the bullseye, as GAIM reached new sales records during Black Week and Christmas.
